Overwhelm has been spoken about recently with many of our clients - people feel like they are losing hope, that they're not in control, and they're anxious about the future.
If we allow ourselves to go there, it can make us feel quite sad and hopeless.
But I say this to empower you, and not to scare you. We are going to live in a new world; we already are. Normality of the life we used to know, we are not going to go back there, that can be scary or an opportunity to create change.
