Ep117 How to reduce anxiety and get back on track

I have dived deep into fear and the long term impact it has not only on our immune system and the impact it has on creating disease in our bodies.

And what is anxiety? It's fear and worry that is linked to the future and feeling out of control.

But this podcast is not about trying to create more fear and anxiety. This is one truly from the heart, and I've broken it down into 9 steps to help you not only reduce anxiety but to get back on track and regain control of your life.

Step 1 - Acknowledge you have anxiety - there is no shame or judgement

Step 2 - Slow down - try not to wear busy as a badge of honour

Step 3 - Notice what your triggers are

Step 4 - Move daily

Step 5 - Eat whole foods

Step 6 - Breathing exercises

Step 7 - Meditate and mind-feed

Step 8 - Know that things won't get better overnight, it's a daily lifestyle and practice

Step 9 - Always remember you are not alone.
