Overcome trauma and live your life from the inside out | Elise MichealsMindset Coach for Subconscious Trauma, Men's Mental Health
Today I had the pleasure of speaking with the beautiful Elise Micheals.
Like everyone, Elise has a story.
Elise never understood why, no matter how hard she tried in life, the ever-lasting "lonely" feeling persisted. She never felt loved, or wanted, or needed. She felt like she could die at any time, and it wouldn't matter. Elise says; "I was never going to feel better."
Then one year, her life changed. She asked the question "why?
Elise then started to dive deeper into her healing. She received therapy, studied mindset and neuroscience and understood the science behind how the brain worked. Elise learned that there IS a way to stop feeling "sad." and the reason she was feeling "sad" in the first place was due to something I couldn't see so that she couldn't solve.
Elise mentions that whether we like it or not, as children, we learn how to survive by taking in our environment. Our environment is imbued in our subconscious and never questioned. Which, ends up resulting in ending up "like our parents" even when we don't want to. We don't know these habits are there!
Elise continued her studies until she was lead to Trauma Therapy. Elise began to look back at her childhood (not as a victim), rather as an adult simply learning from the past.
Elise now helps clients uncover the hidden subconscious habits holding them back. She processes heal and establishes new patterns to enable people to live the life they want to live.
