I always begin my mornings with some form of self-care or self-love practice. Because I know if I do that, when I show up for my team when I jump on a podcast, when I give to groups, I feel I have lots of energy and positivity, I'm in a good state because I have put myself first.
Self-love is not selfish and is the cornerstone to happiness.
