Ep79 How can I stop self-sabotaging?
"I've exercised this morning so I'm going to eat takeaway pizza tonight. I've had a stressful day at work, so I'm going to grab a glass of wine. I can treat myself this weekend because I've eaten healthy all week, or I deserve the bag of chips."
These things we tell ourselves, ultimately keep us stuck.
When we learn to break through and identify why we self-sabotage we can move closer to the results we want.
