Transformation for me didn't happen overnight, it was a combination of many habits, routines, education and research.
Around 5 years ago, I was at the peak of my anxiety, and it was awful, having regular panic attacks and couldn't catch my breath.
I spoke to multiple doctors and therapist to understand what was going on because I had no idea.
At the time, I was in a job that wasn't fulfilling me, and I put a lot of pressure on myself to perform, comparing myself to others, and it was making me very unhappy and unhealthy.
